Responsibilities
Promote IT solutions across IT operations, security, help desk, endpoint, networks, and cloud infrastructure
Talk to customers (IT Managers, IT Administrators, Engineers) and partners to help them understand requirements, and recommend the right ManageEngine product in tandem with Account Managers
Analyze client needs and recommend technical solutions
Conduct product demonstrations to customers and solve technical queries
Understanding of product areas including Desktop / Mobile Device Management, IT Help Desk, Windows Management, Public and Private Cloud management
Qualification
Required
Excellent business-level English language skills
College graduate of 2-year or 4-year program in the last 3 years
Attention to detail
Good interpersonal skills to work with multiple ManageEngine product teams
Strong technical knowledge with experience in the IT industry
