Responsibilities
Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for senior‑level positions across Sales, Account Management, and Leadership functions in North America. This is a strategic hiring role responsible for building high‑impact talent pipelines, partnering with business leaders, and ensuring the hiring of critical leadership talent aligned with Coforge’s growth in the US market
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to Sales Leadership, BU Heads, and Executive stakeholders
Partner closely with HRBP and workforce planning teams to forecast leadership talent needs
Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and compensation benchmarking
Build & maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities and expectations
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to offer negotiation & onboarding
Develop & implement innovative recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and employer brand
Stay abreast of industry best practices in talent acquisition & leadership hiring
Incumbent will liaise with account teams and engage with business stakeholders to ensure fulfilment using multiple channels as appropriate
Creates and executes a strong recruitment strategy to effectively achieve hiring goals through accurate forecasting and strong leadership

Required
15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
At least 5+ years in leadership & sales hiring
Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for senior‑level positions across Sales, Account Management, and Leadership functions in North America
