Responsibilities
Lead global accounting and financial reporting integration for a large-scale acquisition
Own Day 1 readiness, purchase accounting (ASC 805), and post-close integration milestones
Oversee close, consolidation, and reporting for acquired entities under US GAAP/IFRS
Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Audit, and Internal Controls (SOX)
Drive ERP integration (SAP), process standardization, and control enhancements
Serve as primary accounting contact under TSA arrangements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
CPA or CA required
12+ years of progressive experience (Big 4 + public company controllership)
Proven leadership in large-scale M&A and post-merger integration
Strong technical accounting, SEC reporting, and consolidation expertise
Experience leading global, cross-functional teams
ERP experience required
