Senior Director - Product & Growth Marketing
Confidential company is on a mission to revolutionize B2B payments, and they are seeking a Senior Director of Product & Growth Marketing to join their Sales & Marketing team. The role involves owning the integrated marketing engine across Product Marketing and Demand Generation, crafting product narratives, and driving qualified pipeline through multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities
Define and implement our integrated marketing strategy from brand to product marketing to demand-gen aligned to our business objectives
Execute on first 12-month priorities to craft our core value position, messaging, high-value content assets and website that resonates with our ideal customer profile as well as building up initial demand with the overall ambition to drive $5m of pipeline in year 1
Own the marketing budget and performance framework; allocate spend to maximize return and pipeline impact
Run demand programs, including events and continuously optimize through data
Hands-on execution, including product collaterals, external communication and website
Qualification
Required
7+ years in B2B marketing with a track record for product marketing and demand-generation
Deep expertise in demand‑generation tactics, performance marketing, lifecycle/ABM, and funnel analytics
Proven ability to craft executive-level product narratives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Preferred
In-depth knowledge in commercial payments
Proven track record of operating in a start-up environment where you both design strategy and execute operational tasks with a can-do mindset, taking ownership of projects from concept to completion and willingly handling both high-level and day-to-day activities
Can set up and optimize simple funnels with minimal tools
