Monitor and control customer receipts, ensuring correct allocation of payments and updating financial records
Perform internal collection activities and follow up on overdue titles
Execute reconciliations of receipts, identifying and resolving discrepancies
Assist in the preparation and processing of payments to suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and company policies
Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable and accounts payable, providing accurate information for decision-making
Monitor and assess the financial health of clients, recommending actions to mitigate default risks
Collaborate with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information
