Responsibilities
Develop, track, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, scope, and deliverables
Manage project resources, including staffing, coaching, mentoring, and performance management
Partner with cross-functional teams to define and document business requirements
Lead development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals
Define test strategies and ensure solutions are defect-free prior to UAT
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), rollout planning, and implementation procedures
Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses and project updates to stakeholders and steering committees
Ensure adherence to SDLC and project management best practices
Develop and execute communication plans to ensure stakeholder alignment at all key milestones
Publish regular project status reports, documentation, and presentations
Leverage cross-functional and partner relationships to successfully achieve project objectives
Manage large-scale, multi-year projects with significant O&M and Capital budgets, complex dependencies, and competing priorities
Apply industry best practices and innovative project management techniques to drive execution excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
PMP or PMI certification required
Minimum 8+ years of project management experience
Proven experience managing AI-driven or AI-related projects
Strong people management, leadership, and team-building skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
Strong business acumen with the ability to quickly understand business processes
Demonstrated expertise in risk assessment and mitigation for technology and business initiatives
Experience delivering solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform enterprise environment
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree preferred
