Responsibilities
Manage and support GIS projects across varying sizes and scopes, ensuring successful delivery, quality control, safety, and client satisfaction
Partner with internal teams and external clients to understand needs, communicate technical concepts, and support business development and ongoing relationships
Serve as client liaison on GIS projects
Provide technical leadership and mentorship, training staff and clients on GIS tools, workflows, and best practices
Drive innovation and continuous improvement by developing new GIS workflows, tools, and approaches for internal and external use
Qualification
Required
5+ years of professional GIS experience, including hands‑on implementation of GIS solutions
In‑depth knowledge of ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise
Strong project leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
Experience creating workflows, managing data, producing maps, and ensuring quality
A collaborative mindset and passion for mentoring and continuous improvement
