Collaborate with policy analysts to ensure federal and state compliance within digital systems
Qualification
Required
Advanced knowledge of data systems concepts and database integration principles
Experience analyzing multi-layered processes to develop technical solutions and system needs
Proficiency in requirements gathering and translating operational needs into technical specifications
Ability to manage multiple high-level projects and deliver data-driven solutions independently
Strong communication skills for training staff and collaborating with external partners
