Strong research and writing skills
Experience in all phases of toxic tort and environmental litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery
Handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials
Representation of clients in state, federal, and administrative hearings and trials
Involvement in Superfund multi-site litigation and coordinated Federal Multi-District Litigation

Required

Strong research and writing skills

Some experience in toxic tort and environmental law
Substantive litigation experience
Demonstrated interest in toxic tort and environmental law
