Billable hours target is 1800, with 50 hours eligible as pro bono with competitive comp for regional mid-law firm
Hybrid in-office policy
The firm contributes a percentage of base salary to a profit-sharing program (a straight contribution, not a match; for 2025 it was 10% of base) and they award year-end bonuses
Clear path to partnership that does not require bringing in business
Significant client contact
A variety of healthcare matters including:
False Claims Act
Reimbursement
Fraud and Abuse
Enforcement Actions, and
Transactional Work
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in health care law
Experience representing health care providers in regulatory, transactional, and compliance matters
Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive culture
Experience with False Claims Act, Reimbursement, Fraud and Abuse, Enforcement Actions, and Transactional Work
