Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
Process payroll, ensuring accurate wages, taxes, and benefit deductions
Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations
Maintain accurate financial records and support the month-end close
Assist with financial reporting and provide documentation for audits and tax filings
Qualification
Required
Manage full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
Process payroll, ensuring accurate wages, taxes, and benefit deductions
Perform regular bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations

Preferred
5+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks experience strongly preferred
Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
