Community Manager
NC America is seeking a Community Manager to concept and execute engagement strategies for their player community. This role involves creating and managing content, building relationships with players, and serving as their voice to development teams, while also working closely with internal teams to enhance player experience.

Responsibilities
Execute social and community engagement initiatives across key communication channels (social media, website, forums)
Build, manage and cultivate relationships with community of players on various platforms such as social media, forums and Discord
Write engaging content to promote game updates, events and promotions
Monitor player feedback, sentiment and trends and provide ongoing analysis and reporting to inform game development decisions
Work closely with the LiveOps and Development teams to identify and action core issues or opportunities
Qualification
Required
4+ years of previous experience in a Community Management or similar role, preferably within the video games industry
Experience developing / executing content strategy across social media and web platforms
A passion for games and a knowledge of the MMORPG ecosystem
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in social media writing and best practices
Strong interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to adapt to changes quickly, take initiative and 'get things done' approach
Analytical and curious – interested in exploring new ways to communicate and measure engagement
Basic working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Prior knowledge of NCSOFT games
Experience with video and streaming platforms, such as Twitch and YouTube
