Responsibilities
Develop, optimize, and validate bioassays to support biologic drug development programs
Plan and execute experiments aligned with project goals and process development initiatives
Analyze experimental data, identify anomalies, and interpret results accurately
Operate scientific equipment, including plate readers and SoftMax software, and apply appropriate cell culture techniques
Prepare detailed reports and present results using Excel and PowerPoint
Participate in team meetings and actively communicate findings and insights
Collaborate with senior scientists to troubleshoot experiments and implement solutions
Maintain high standards of lab safety and documentation
Qualification
Required
BS in a relevant scientific discipline with 2+ years of experience OR MS with 1+ years of experience
Hands-on experience with ELISA and cell-based assays
Proficiency in SoftMax Pro software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in biologics or biopharmaceutical development
Knowledge of assay validation processes and regulatory standards
