HR Systems Consultant
Tangerine Search Inc. is seeking an HR Systems Consultant to enhance HR operations and data systems. The role focuses on redesigning HR processes, managing benefits administration, and optimizing HRIS platforms for improved efficiency and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Redesign and implement clean, repeatable HR processes (e.g., offboarding, employee accommodations)
Provide day-to-day benefits administration support and resolve employee inquiries
Coordinate with external vendors (benefits providers, brokers, payroll partners)
Clean, reconcile, and maintain accurate employee and benefits data across systems
Optimize workflows and configurations within HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
Reduce manual work, duplicative data entry, and ad-hoc reporting
Create HR documentation, SOPs, playbooks, and data definitions
Build reliable, leadership- and board-ready dashboards and reports
Partner with HR leadership to surface insights that support staffing and scaling decisions
Qualification
Required
At Minimum 3–5 years of experience
3–5+ years in HR Operations, HR Systems, People Ops, HRIS, or HR Consulting
Hands-on experience with benefits administration
Strong data hygiene, reconciliation, and reporting skills
Experience optimizing HR systems and workflows
Ability to ramp up quickly, and thrive autonomously in fast-moving environments
Ability to balance structure, pragmatism, and execution
Preferred
ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
