Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer complaints while maintaining accurate compliance documentation
Oversee product labeling processes, including creation, review, and updates
Ensure adherence to HACCP plans, GMPs, SOPs, and federal food regulations (21 CFR 101–123)
Participate in audits and inspections, supporting both QA and QC functions during peak periods
Collaborate with R&D on new product launches and validate incoming raw materials and packaged goods
Qualification
Required
3–4+ years of experience in food quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of SQF standards; familiarity with BRCGS/VRCGS is a plus
Expertise in product labeling regulations and federal food compliance
Hands-on lab experience and understanding of quality systems in food production
