Oversee daily administrative operations, including accounting, payroll, and billing/license and title functions
Manage office staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Assist with financial reporting, budgeting, and expense management
Develop and implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
Support senior management with special projects and initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven 3-5 years of experience in office management within the automotive industry
Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and dealership management software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preferred
