Responsibilities
Define and manage integration platform roadmap
Engage with stakeholders to assess requirements
Optimize product backlog for maximum value
Oversee governance and prioritization processes
Manage agile approach with Contingent Workforce
Evaluate delivery team work and provide feedback
Lead product governance across internal IS stakeholders
Build strong relationships with stakeholders
Apply Agile principles to manage product delivery cycles
Develop and execute adoption plans for integration platforms
Qualification
Required
Strong technical acumen in integration technologies
Experience with cloud integration platforms
Leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to manage product roadmaps
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Experience with Contingent Workforce management
College diploma or university degree in relevant field
Minimum 5 years in Product Owner or similar role
Preferred
Certification in Agile methodologies
Knowledge of security standards and compliance
Experience with DevOps/CI-CD practices
Customer-driven mindset and commitment to improvement
