Responsibilities
Full ownership of the accounting function for North America
Oversee and review transactional accounting performed by offshore team
Manage month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
Implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to support rapid growth
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure accurate and timely financials
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Controller or equivalent accounting leadership role
Hands-on approach-comfortable performing transactional work when needed
Ability to work independently, solve problems, and create structure in ambiguity
Preferred
Background in fast-growth, multi-unit retail or restaurant environments a plus
Familiarity with Restaurant365 or similar systems strongly preferred
