Responsibilities
Support contractors with estimating, scope review, surface preparation, and system selection
Lead job starts, adhesion testing review, and mid-install quality inspections
Provide on-site technical guidance, crew training, and troubleshooting
Conduct final inspections and manage warranty documentation
Act as the primary technical liaison for approved applicators in assigned regions
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to drive consistent execution and feedback
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of commercial roofing experience (roof coatings or liquid-applied systems required)
Experience with silicone, acrylic, polyurethane, or hybrid coating systems strongly preferred
Prior experience as a contractor superintendent, QC manager, or manufacturer technical rep ideal
Comfortable working independently in the field with heavy travel
Strong communication skills
Preferred
bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
