Responsibilities
Lead and manage M&A transactions from initial structuring through post-closing integration
Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, joint venture agreements, and operating agreements
Advise clients on deal structure, strategic considerations, risk allocation, and regulatory matters
Collaborate with internal teams, outside advisors, financing sources, and domestic and foreign regulators
Develop and maintain long-term client relationships aligned with the firm’s client-focused service model
Qualification
Required
4 - 12 years of substantive M&A experience
Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills across a variety of deal structures
Admission to the New York Bar and in good standing
