Responsibilities
Analyze client requirements and qualifies candidates by conducting telephone or face-to-face interviews according to identified qualification standards
Identify areas of potential optimization and share them with management
Assist with coordinating organization for recruiting events, such as job fairs, open houses, and invitation-only events
Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline
Qualification
Required
1 to 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience required
Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written English language skills
Ability to work independently and drive personal success
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
