Customer Service Rep II

Responsibilities

Communicate lab results, flags, and test cancellations to investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates
Resolve accession holds and update project teams on delays
Maintain accurate database records and coordinate additional testing needs
Respond to project-related inquiries via phone and email
Track and report metrics, document service failures, and escalate unresolved issues
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external clients
Ensure patient safety and advocate for investigator site needs during process changes

Required

High school diploma required
Minimum 2 years of phone-based customer service experience
Must be bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Portuguese
Strong verbal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
