Responsibilities

Mentor and manage the procurement team to ensure optimum effectiveness while acting as a role model and projecting a positive attitude. This includes assigning and monitoring workload distribution among team members based on the individuals experience and capabilities

Ensure the procurement team follow the appropriate escalation process, participate in this process as required and drive team members to meet or exceed targets set forth in purchasing execution metrics

Act as a liaison between the tactical materials organization and customer facing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration

Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values. Leader will focus on evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring their employees receive the development and coaching required to realize their full potential

Required

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the related field is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered

Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
