Responsibilities
Oversee global delivery, ensuring growth, and on-time, high quality, and profitable execution across all service lines
Build and evolve the company’s technology strategy spanning AI, DevOps, and platform engineering
Drive AI-enabled engineering transformation: implement MLOps, GenAI assistants, and AI-driven productivity accelerators within the SDLC
Shape solution architecture and pre-sales engineering, ensuring proposals are scalable, repeatable, and aligned to delivery capabilities
Strengthen our delivery footprint in the LATAM and the USA, optimizing capacity, talent readiness, and cross-regional collaboration
Champion quality, governance, and risk management frameworks that scale with growth
Lead a senior team of delivery and technology heads, fostering a high-performance, learning-driven culture
Partner with the CEO and business heads to align delivery and technology innovation with revenue and margin goals
Qualification
Required
15+ years of leadership in software engineering, digital transformation, or global delivery, preferably across both enterprise services and product development
Proven record of building and scaling large, distributed delivery organizations (500+ engineers) across geographies
Depth in cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure), AI/ML adoption, and modern AI practices
Experience introducing AI-driven SDLC and engineering productivity platforms (e.g., MLOps, GenAI copilots, CI/CD automation)
Strategic vision balanced with operational discipline, comfortable running multi-million-dollar P&Ls, and partnering with enterprise clients' CTO/CIOs
Recognized thought leader in technology innovation, active in the ecosystem (advisory roles, councils, or academic affiliations)
Master's degree in technology, engineering, or a related field; advanced business or technology leadership programs (e.g., Berkeley CTO Program) are a plus
Availability for periodic travel to client sites and LATAM delivery centers (remote/hybrid role)
