The role involves overseeing multiple fashion and retail accounts, providing strategic counsel to clients, and managing cross-functional teams to ensure strong execution and results.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day performance of multiple fashion and retail accounts, ensuring strong execution and results
Provide strategic counsel to clients grounded in data, research, and cultural insight
Serve as the primary client contact, managing communication, expectations, and relationships
Set account priorities and clearly communicate direction to internal teams
Manage, mentor, and support cross-functional teams across an entire division
Develop and lead innovative PR programs and initiatives from concept through execution
Leverage deep media and industry relationships to secure high-impact coverage
Analyze target markets and position brands with a clear, differentiated identity
Monitor account performance and step in as needed to problem-solve, brainstorm, and elevate output
Stay ahead of trends, pop culture, media, and social platforms relevant to fashion and retail

Required

7+ years of experience in public relations and communications, preferably within fashion and retail
Proven leadership experience managing teams and multiple accounts simultaneously
Strong understanding of the fashion and retail landscape, including media, trends, and cultural shifts
Established relationships across fashion, retail, lifestyle, and consumer media
Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
Confident, polished communicator able to inspire teams and command client trust
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working under tight deadlines
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a hands-on approach to execution
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure agency environment
