Responsibilities
Supporting lawyers across the lifecycle of employment litigation matters
Managing and maintaining case files, pleadings, bundles, and key deadlines
Drafting and proofreading correspondence and legal documents
Coordinating discovery/document review and liaising with third parties
Keeping matters moving—chasing actions, flagging risks, and staying one step ahead
Qualification
Required
Paralegal experience supporting a employment litigation practice (essential)
A true self-starter—able to manage priorities without close supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication
Calm under pressure, highly organised, and detail-focused
Preferred
Exposure to financial services / wealth management / banking / asset management clients (highly desirable)
