They are seeking a Household Goods Customer Service Coordinator to lead and coordinate activities with the moving team, maintain customer relations, and provide general business support including translation services.

Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate activities on a daily basis
Leads staff (Driver, HHG Helper etc.) on the appropriate Household Goods moving team
Lead and coordinate with a moving team preparation and movement of customer household goods
Customer relations
General Business support including Japanese/English translation
Maintain a good working relationship with customers on a regular basis , via phone/email
Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with drivers
General business support function as assigned
Drive company vehicle (non-CDL truck, van, passenger car) safely
Make sure all documentation relating to the shipment has been properly filled out
Translate Japanese/English
Working with the moving team as indicated above
Qualification
Required
Strong teamwork skills and inclination
Good communications skill – listening, providing and receiving feedback
Process improvement
Patience – ability to deal with complex processes that may involve multiple levels of approval
High school diploma or equivalency certificate or significant or relevant or appropriate working experience. Some college desirable
Strong quantitative and analytical skills
Strong computer and analytical skills – PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Bilingual Japanese
