They are seeking a talented Product Designer to lead product design and creation, focusing on lifestyle artwork and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product team to build creative design vision and multi-year roadmap
Own the illustrative design process – with a focus on lifestyle artwork, event drops, and collaborative partners
Create product tech packs, spec sheets, and manage design phase with manufacturing partners
Align product design vision with the youth consumer and trends
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of both Inline and Quickstrike product lines
Rapid illustration iteration and ideating process
Create an effective design review process, utilizing resources such as Figma
Stay updated on current fashion trends, consumer preferences, and market demands to guide design choices and provide informed customer recommendations
Spearhead the creation and execution of product presentations, including samples, market intelligence, trend analysis, and assortment recommendations
Work with product sourcing on trend, color, and style direction
Flex between product design and Ecom resource needs (motion graphics, PDP resources, etc.)
Collaborate with the Marketing + PLM team to align seasonal collections with future customer needs
Embrace change and new challenges as marketplace shifts and consumer needs evolve
Manager multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints
Work with the product team to create and implement proper design and approval process to meet product goals across multiple business units
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years of experience in the apparel design industry, preferably in sporting good
Strong graphic design and illustration experience
Extensive knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
Knowledge of Premier and After Effects is a plus
Strong understanding of apparel, headwear, and accessories design
Strong sketching background and skills
Strong collaboration and teamwork in a virtual/remote setting
Eager to grow and take on new responsibilities
