Responsibilities
Perform quality checks, lab testing, and documentation audits
Support production teams with training on quality procedures
Investigate product issues and assist in corrective actions
Monitor and manage materials in the Quality Hold area
Work closely with operations, engineering, and suppliers
Qualification
Required
1–2 years of quality experience in a manufacturing setting
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Strong communication and ability to work with all employees across all departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
Familiarity with SQF or other food safety programs
Benefits
$3,000 Sign On Bonus Eligible (1/2 paid 1/2 at six months and 1/2 paid at one year).
