Responsibilities
Hire and develop a high-performing sales engineering team
Refine sales engineering processes, including discovery, technical qualification, and proof-of-concept
Develop comprehensive solution proposals and deliver impactful product demonstrations
Provide expert advice for requests for proposals (RFPs) and present recommendations to clients
Collaborate across the organization to ensure solutions are implemented according to client expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
10+ years of experience in sales or systems engineering, with at least 5 years specifically managing and directing a sales engineering team
Deep technical knowledge and prior experience selling network security technologies
Preferred
Experience participating in regional industry events as a subject matter expert
Demonstrated project management skills
