Responsibilities

Excellent interpersonal skills to work across departments and subsidiaries to develop project timelines and deliverables
Ability to remain levelheaded, calm, and solution-oriented while working under extreme timeframes and pressure
Strong creative problem-solving skills with the ability to provide customer-focused, strategic, and profitable alternatives for customer
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Confidence to communicate with senior management and escalate critical situations effectively
Experience working in change-control–oriented environments
Solid knowledge of testing strategies and defining acceptance criteria
Identify in-service wire centers and legacy Telecommunication 9-1-1 services
Map copper-based connections and CAMA trunks to Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs)
Perform inventory and assessment of existing PSAP services and physical plant
Assess nearest fiber services and evaluate cost, schedule, and engineering impacts
Plan and manage service transitions to ESInet or IP-based legacy 9-1-1 services
Develop wire center transformation, decommissioning assessments, and remediation packages
Review and approve remediation packages and communicate timelines to PSAPs
Assist customer Public Safety Program Manager with project planning and initiation
Coordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholders
Manage cost, schedule, scope, and risk throughout the project lifecycle
Maintain stakeholder communications and prepare project updates and reporting
Ensure quality assurance and compliance with customer standards
Oversee implementation and transition from copper- to fiber-based connections
Maintain comprehensive project documentation and support project closure and evaluation
