Responsibilities

Follows established procedures to execute routine business support tasks for the Data Services function, under general supervision

Supports the Finance department, interacting with key Underwriting and Account Management specialists for optimal deliverables

Enters baseline demographic transactions into the provider directory to support claim adjudication procedures and progress

Performs data service intake triage, subsequently reviewing details to effectively respond to customer/member inquiries

Conducts regular audits of provider information, escalating any issues or concerns to management for swift resolution

Supports Data Services Change Management and Process optimization strategies, in order to achieve optimal outcomes

Takes direction from management to properly understand and execute key work area techniques, processes, and responsibilities

Responds to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies, in order to ensure collective data integrity and quality of work

Supports applicable Open Enrollment activities related to establishing and updating company benefits

Qualification

Healthcare experienceData entry experienceMicrosoft Office proficiencyProblem solving skillsAttention to detail

Required

Must reside in Arizona

At least 1 year of healthcare and/or data entry experience

Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)

Preferred

Working knowledge of problem solving and decision-making skills

Strong attention to detail

Excellent organization and time management skills

Basic communication skills
