Responsibilities

Design and maintain automated test suites for web and API systems
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
Validate system behavior across frequent releases
Partner with developers during sprint planning and refinement
Debug test failures and application defects alongside engineering teams
Identify root causes rather than surface-level symptoms
Design testing approaches for AI-driven features with variable outputs
Validate voice-based and conversational AI workflows
Test data pipelines that feed AI and ML systems
Anticipate edge cases based on real user behavior
Apply negative testing and failure-mode thinking
Experiment with AI-focused testing tools and frameworks
Operate independently with full ownership of quality strategy
Communicate risk clearly and early to engineering teams
Help shape how AI quality assurance evolves across the platform

Qualification

Required

BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent experience/field
Background working in QA automation within modern, production-grade software environments
Hands-on work testing web applications and backend APIs at scale
Experience embedding automated testing into CI/CD workflows and release pipelines
History of close collaboration with software engineers on debugging and quality strategy
Exposure to AI-driven, data-heavy, or nondeterministic systems where outputs vary
Time spent in small or rapidly evolving teams with limited structure or documentation

Preferred

Experience in healthcare, voice systems, or other reliability-sensitive domains is a plus
