Responsibilities
Manage a team of Client Service Associates (CSAs) on the Service Team of the UBS Wealth Advice Center, which focuses on emerging affluent and core affluent client segments at UBS
Ensure your team of Client Service Associates are addressing service requests from our clients and our Financial Advisors in a timely manner
Execute Workforce Management (WFM) functions, including staffing incoming call queues and monitoring daily SLAs against defined goals
Deliver ongoing coaching and development to your team through trainings, call listening, and regular feedback sessions
Work with your Team Leads to prioritize account service and delegate daily case assignments
Onboard and develop new CSAs as they join the Wealth Advice Center platform
Manage all service center-like aspects to ensure things run smoothly
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree is required
SIE, Series 7, Series 66 licenses are required
A strong track record of success in a similar position managing others with a strong track record of success
Preferred
Series 9 and Series 10 are preferred, but must be obtained within 120 days of employment
