Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 production support for critical applications
Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, outages, and performance issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
Support applications running across Mainframe and Cloud platforms
Analyze logs, alerts, batch failures, and infrastructure-related issues
Work closely with infrastructure, operations, and application teams
Participate in incident bridges and on-call rotations as required
Qualification
Required
Strong Production / Application Support experience
Mainframe exposure (z/OS, batch jobs, DB2, CICS – support level)
Cloud experience (AWS / Azure preferred)
Excellent debugging & troubleshooting skills
Solid understanding of Infrastructure (Linux/Unix, servers, networking basics)
Experience with monitoring and incident management tools
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-availability environments
