Responsibilities
Build and maintain high-performance React applications used in live trading environments
Design intuitive interfaces for complex financial and market data
Optimize rendering performance for real-time data streams
Collaborate with backend engineers on APIs and data contracts
Partner directly with traders and researchers to iterate quickly on tools
Establish and uphold UI engineering best practices (testing, code quality, performance)
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional front-end development experience
Expert-level React (hooks, state management, component architecture)
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS
Experience building complex, data-heavy user interfaces
Solid understanding of browser performance, rendering, and optimization
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
Preferred
Experience with financial, trading, or real-time systems
Familiarity with tools like Redux, Zustand, React Query, or similar
Knowledge of WebSockets or streaming data architectures
Experience with modern build tools (Vite, Webpack, etc.)
Strong product sense and attention to UI/UX detail
