Responsibilities

Collaborate on the planning and execution of local employee engagement initiatives and events

Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and resources

Assist the HR team with daily operations, administrative tasks, and internal communications

Maintain and update employee records in HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance

Coordinate recruitment logistics, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates

Help prepare documentation and materials for HR audits and compliance reviews

Support the administration of employee benefits and wellness programs

Contribute to the creation and distribution of internal HR communications and newsletters

Participate in special HR projects aimed at improving processes or enhancing employee experience
