Corporate Innovation & Venture Associate
ZEBOX is the global innovation platform of CMA CGM, connecting high-growth startups with major enterprise partners in logistics and supply chain. The Corporate Innovation & Venture Associate will focus on expanding ZEBOX's corporate partnership network by sourcing and engaging new partners across the supply chain ecosystem, while also supporting existing relationships and scouting startups.

Responsibilities
Source and qualify new corporate partnership opportunities for ZEBOX across supply chain, logistics, transportation, and industrial sectors
Support the Head of ZEBOX America in building, managing, and expanding executive-level relationships
Develop proposals, partnership models, commercial frameworks, and ROI narratives that convert prospects into partners
Prepare and deliver briefings and presentations for senior leaders at large enterprises
Coordinate partner-facing activities—including innovation sessions, summits, and demo days—that showcase relevant startup solutions
Continuously source and evaluate startups aligned to partner pain points and ZEBOX’s thematic focus areas
Track venture activity, emerging tech trends, and funding signals to identify relevant opportunities early
Build and maintain strong relationships with VC firms, accelerators, and founders to support pipeline development
Assist in structuring pilot engagements and proof-of-concepts between corporate partners and startups
Support ZEBOX events, workshops, and community initiatives to deliver value to both corporates and startups
Strengthen ZEBOX’s presence in the U.S. innovation ecosystem through targeted outreach, conference engagement, and thought leadership
Collaborate with ZEBOX hubs globally to align U.S. scouting, BD activities, and partnership opportunities with global priorities
Qualification
Required
2+ years in business development, venture capital, corporate innovation, consulting, or high-growth startup ecosystems
Demonstrated ability to source, pitch, and advance BD opportunities or enterprise partnerships
Understanding of startup fundraising, business models, and venture dynamics
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, maritime, or industrial tech—or strong curiosity and ability to learn fast
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive-facing presentation skills
Strong analytical, research, and organizational capabilities
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and comfort operating in a lean, high-velocity environment
Preferred
French language skills are a plus but not required
