Inside Sales Coordinator – Appointment Setting (Onsite)
Talent Harbor is a family-owned company with over 60 years of excellence, seeking a Junior Sales Coordinator to support their growing sales team. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to appointment scheduling, and contributing to customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via calls, texts, emails, and online submissions
Qualify leads using company-approved scripts
Deliver warm, professional, and empathetic communication
Ensure positive first impressions and maintain high customer satisfaction
Follow up on unscheduled or canceled appointments
Re-engage leads to maximize appointment bookings
Schedule and confirm estimate appointments
Maintain a full calendar and meet weekly capacity goals
Reschedule missed appointments promptly
Identify scheduling gaps and recommend process improvements
Accurately input and maintain customer information
Track lead sources, appointment outcomes, and booking metrics
Generate daily/weekly reports and maintain supporting documentation
Collaborate with the sales team to maximize demo rates (target: 90%)
Ensure smooth handoffs and efficient workflows
Support continuous improvement of SOPs and internal processes
Maintain positive working relationships across all teams
