Marketing Manager, Human Healthcare
Edcetera is seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager, Human Healthcare to join our dynamic team. You will manage and drive brand strategy, Go-To-Market tactical efforts supporting both B2C and B2B, while defining growth opportunities and developing actionable strategies for your brand verticals.

Responsibilities
Implement and maintain a cohesive omnichannel digital strategy across websites, social channels, digital advertising platforms, email nurture programs, SEO, etc. to generate demand across target markets and customer sets
Accountable for campaign performance, vertical performance inclusive of revenue, strategy and execution of marketing tactics for multiple brands
Collaborate closely with cross-functional peers (marketing, sales, product, content, education, etc.) to understand business strategy and incorporate it into digital initiatives
Develop and manage a robust content calendar and lead the creation of long- and short-form content for a variety of channels and audiences. This includes collaborating with peers across the business, managing influencers and content creators, editing, publishing, and measurement
Drive SEO strategy for assigned verticals and help manage third-party vendors to ensure proper priorities are set and objectives are met and communicated internally
Manage complex paid advertising campaigns with varying budgets across a variety of channels
Work directly with third-party vendors and internal team members to create content, develop creative assets, and adjust strategy to optimize return
Coordinate a social media marketing strategy that includes platform prioritization, cadence, content strategy, and managing influencers
Ensure websites, Content Management System, HubSpot, and other systems are up-to-date and optimized to drive marketing results
Assist the team in troubleshooting any day-to-day digital platform and marketing system issues
Escalate, and collaborate with IT, Product, Customer Service, or third-party vendors when necessary to ensure seamless operation of various digital systems
Leverage various website health and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Optimize to measure, maintain, and improve site performance and accessibility
Act as a subject-matter expert in the digital marketing space remaining up to date with the latest technology and tools. Experiment with new digital tactics and implement based on the results
Research and benchmark competition to inform suggested improvements
Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital strategy; use a data-driven approach to decision-making to ensure effectiveness
Build and execute email, registration, and other demand generation programs within HubSpot and associated nurture campaigns to facilitate conversions
Maintain day-to-day management of workflow tools and lead flow data
Manage the relationship with outside vendors contracted to do marketing projects and implementations
Serve as copywriter and editor to website and campaign copy, working with the Sr. Dir of Marketing and Strategy and any agency that is supporting the operation
Manage and Fully understand all workflows in Hubspot related to your brands
Define performance metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks for each digital touchpoint and take accountability for performance
Lead, coach, and manage marketing associates assigned to the department verticals
Collaborate with the marketing leadership and sales teams on campaigns and partnerships that drive engagement, acquisition, and retention, using data-driven insights for optimization
Track / manage delivery of projects and initiatives. You own your respective brands and GTM strategies. This role will directly manage and drive these initiatives to remove barriers and ensure delivery
Work closely with marketing direct reports and leadership team, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive branding and marketing strategies and project management
Mentor and develop marketing talent, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years of experience within a marketing department or agency
1+ years of leadership experience, including managing remote teams
Expertise with HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform
Experience with multi-brand management, inclusive of strategy and execution of omni-channel campaigns
Proficiency managing organic social media campaigns
Excellent organization, time management, and project management skills, including ability to manage multiple ongoing projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Excellent writing and editing skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally to drive project results
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, especially with remote team members
Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of marketing
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate projects through influence
