Responsibilities

Actively participate in the NetSuite ERP implementation project, including requirements gathering, system configuration support, user acceptance testing, data migration validation, and deployment activities
Project Support. The BA reviews, analyzes, supports and evaluates user needs for business systems; documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates solutions to enable overall business strategies
Change Management and Training. Coordinate communication, training, and collaboration to ensure IT systems enable effective business processes and users are adequately prepared to use those systems
Application Support, working with end users, internal and external partners
Assists with the implementation, configuration, and adoption of new software features and functions in alignment with business needs
Assists in defining scope, resource requirements, time-frame expectations, and risk management of process improvement and technology projects
Anticipates and Advocates for end user needs in systems improvement projects and ensure different systems work together to provide the best possible user experience
Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated processes across departments (Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to document software features/functional requirements through process flows, user stories, and scenarios
Assists in data migration efforts, including data validation, cleansing support, and post-migration reconciliation
Manages and develops analytical reporting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement
Develops and executes test plans for NetSuite functionality, coordinating user acceptance testing and documenting issues for resolution
Assists in the development of change management plans, communication plans, training plans and coordinates other activities related to process improvement, system implementation and other efforts that impact current roles or require additional skills
Provides business software-related training to staff and trains Super Users to allow them to assist others
Supports business software applications, providing first- and second-level support for end users while coordinating technical staff and vendor resources to address, prioritize and manage requests for additional assistance and system enhancements
Assists in the long term strategic planning for business systems as well as financial aspects of projects including budgeting, forecasting, and developing business cases
Maintains high level of competency in software through continued use and training
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or similar (or equivalent work experience)
3+ years' related experience including emphasis in business process analysis, software application support, and project coordination
Experience with or willingness to quickly learn NetSuite ERP is highly desirable
Experience with implementation of or major changes to software applications such as ERP, CRM, and/or Warehouse Management
Experience with change management and IT System Development Lifecycle methods including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and other project methodologies
Strong interpersonal and listening skills; ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to stakeholders at all levels
Adept at establishing trust, empathy and positive working relationships with coworkers and vendor partners
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and be results oriented and solution focused
Enjoys the opportunity to see ideas through from concept to implementation without layers of bureaucracy
Professional certifications desirable; may include ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA
A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and automobile liability coverage or access to an insured vehicle
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Must be adept at using various applications including using databases, Microsoft 365, including Teams, Planner, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Visio
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
