Service Manager
Miller-Bradford & Risberg is a progressive sales and service organization dedicated to providing excellent quality construction equipment and support services. The Service Manager will oversee the service department, focusing on managerial tasks, employee development, and customer service.
Responsibilities
Manage the service department at the Sussex, WI branch location
Forecasting and planning for the service department
Employee relations and team development
Customer service, sales, and marketing management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in service operations and labor
Experience in selling at a management level
Strong working knowledge of construction equipment operations and mechanical functions
Solid shop floor management knowledge and experience
Good understanding of financial reporting principles
Solid understanding of pricing and discounting effects
Good business acumen
Ability to lead and mentor subordinates
Leadership skills in a specialized repair environment
Excellent communication skills
Solid customer service skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently
Can-do attitude
Highly organized
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
