Service Account Executive
Western Allied Mechanical is a leading design build mechanical contractor specializing in HVAC systems. They are seeking a strategic Account Executive to lead customer engagement and drive business development efforts in the San Francisco North Bay Area, focusing on client retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth
Support team with management of key accounts, resolving issues and identifying upsell opportunities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the North Bay Area
Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase revenue
Collaborate with marketing and leadership to support lead generation and conversion
Lead, mentor, and support a team
Ensure alignment between project execution and client expectations
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes
Monitor account performance metrics and report on revenue targets
Develop forecasts and contribute to budgeting and planning processes
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients in coordination with leadership
Qualification
Required
More than 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while driving retention and growth
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, aligning with WAM core values
Overseeing major clients and high profile projects independently
Lead efforts in business development and sales, expanding company reach
Take an active role in company strategy by collaborating with leadership
Report to the Service SBU, contributing to business planning and operational success
Proven experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the HVAC industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building abilities
Familiarity with the San Francisco North Bay market is highly desirable
CRM and project management software proficiency
Strategic thinking and problem-solving mindset
Ability to travel within the North Bay Area as needed
