Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

Own project work on assigned brands and collaborate across agency functions to ensure optimal client feedback implementation
Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and excellence throughout
Actively listen, analyze, and distill client direction, proactively identifying any areas for clarification and flagging them for follow-up
Establish strong relationships with clients and extended client support teams (medical, regulatory, legal), serving as a trusted partner and extension of the brand team
Possess an in-depth understanding of product data, mechanism of action, key differentiating benefits/features, and brand guidelines
Prepare comprehensive, actionable recaps after all client and internal meetings
Assist teammates with slide development, client, and team communications for meetings
Understand competitive and market dynamics to fuel recommendations and POVs

Required

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of agency experience, or work in advertising, marketing, media, creative, production, or public relations
Excited to take ownership of projects, contribute strategic ideas, and grow into leadership opportunities
Solution-oriented, comfortable leading and making decisions
Effectively manage up and down by keeping your manager informed while driving projects forward through collaboration
Demonstrate a high level of accountability by being responsive, detail-oriented, and thorough in your work
Communicate effectively with strong verbal, presentation, and written skills
Able to manage multiple deadlines and deliverables effectively
Energized by healthcare education and marketing

Preferred

Healthcare or pharmaceutical experience preferred, or experience in a regulated industry
Veeva Vault experience preferred
