Process weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payrolls for over 60,000 employees across various regions, including union and non-union staff

Gather, analyze, and summarize financial data to ensure payroll accuracy and resolve discrepancies

Manage employee data entry, run payroll processes, prepare reports, and handle manual checks and stop payments

Maintain payroll integrity through audits, data analysis, and collaboration with our client's team

Provide exceptional customer service and problem resolution to operational staff through email and phone communication
