Responsibilities
Answer high-volume inbound calls from customers and new leads
Schedule appointments for sales representatives (appointment setting / appointment scheduling)
Make outbound calls to follow up on marketing leads and inquiries
Enter customer and appointment information using CRM and data entry systems
Send informational packets prior to scheduled appointments
Assist with general office support and administrative tasks
Provide professional, friendly phone-based customer service
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED preferred
1+ year of customer service, call center, or appointment setting experience
Strong verbal communication and phone etiquette
Comfortable with computers, CRM software, and accurate data entry
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
Regular and reliable on-site attendance required
