Responsibilities
Model complex business problems and discover actionable business insights through data exploration, preparation, and advanced analytics
Develop and implement advanced machine learning models, including recommender systems and other complex algorithms
Identify, design, and build new data science use cases by observing and analyzing existing business processes
Lead and contribute to deep learning, predictive analytics, machine learning, and text analysis projects
Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field; Ph.D. preferred
Proven experience with Python, R, and SQL
Strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, and data analytics
Demonstrated ability to develop data science use cases from business process observation
Mandatory: Hands-on experience with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for data science and machine learning workloads
Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, curious, and creative
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles
Preferred
Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) frameworks and applications
Experience developing and deploying recommender models or similar complex machine learning solutions
Experience with Azure ML or other cloud-based machine learning platforms
Insurance industry experience or relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning)
