Solid familiarity with Redwood UI across modules
Functional expertise in: Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting (ORC) & Onboarding, Learning
Strong troubleshooting experience with production issues
Knowledge of audit controls / compliance needs
Reporting expertise: OTBI & BI Publisher
Solution design + translating business needs into enhancements
