Sales Coordinator, Pharmacy Benefits

Responsibilities
Oversee daily progress toward major company objectives
Generate weekly reports for leadership review
Develop and maintain sales presentations
Partner with Project Management, Implementation, and Consulting teams
Support sales efforts and handle client communications
Monitor sales results, assess trends, and create reports for leadership covering both sales and product pipelines
Work collaboratively with various departments to drive organization-wide product adoption and success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Products including PowerPoint and Excel
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with CRM platforms
High degree of professionalism
Ability to interpret industry policies and contract documents, proposals, and other documentation
Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills and command of the English language
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying and division to required tasks
High degree of critical thinking, organizational and decision-making skills
High degree of initiative and passion to succeed
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet objectives and deadlines established, often with short turnaround times
Ability to maintain positive and beneficial relationships with numerous internal departments, external customers, vendor agents, and subscribers
Proficient in MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to comply with company confidentiality requirements as well as with HIPAA and other applicable government regulations
Preferred
Prefer 2+ years' experience in sales assistant role
