Responsibilities
Conduct organizational assessments to evaluate current structures, roles, and processes
Design and implement organizational models, including reporting structures, spans of control, and role definitions
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment between organizational design and talent strategies
Develop transition plans and support implementation of new structures, including communication and change management activities
Provide expertise on organizational design principles, benchmarking, and best practices
Analyze organizational effectiveness metrics and recommend improvements
Qualification
Required
Organizational Design/ Development & Operating Model Expertise
Senior Stakeholder & HR Partnership
Change & Transition Implementation
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
7+ years of experience in organizational design and related disciplines
Strong understanding of organizational theory, design principles, and business strategy
Experience with restructuring, mergers, or large-scale organizational transformations
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Familiarity with organizational design tools and methodologies
